I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Apr 2009
Interview
I came in for my interview. The store manager at the time was a real sly rude person but she gave me the job anyway. I only worked there for 5 months. I did not like working there because the customers/managers both acted like they did not have any sense. I love the company, but not the workers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe tasks you were given and explain how you went about executing the tasks.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
