Interview
An initial application must be filled out and reviewed. The application requires you to include various personal information, employment history along with references then asks you why you are interested in working for the company and then your desired salary. After the application is reviewed and the references have been verified if you are accepted there is a follow up interview that you must attend. One of the store managers will interview you, asking various questions about your personality and why you want to work for the company and what they can expect from you.

The interview was great and I felt that they really enjoyed their jobs and were very welcoming to me. I had a great time walking around the store and getting a good understanding of what I had to look forward to in the coming days of working there.

Group interview, asked the group the same questions and just went around in a circle. Everyone from the group was hired and onboarded that day. They asked the basic interview questions, nothing too hard.

Pretty simple!
Had a group interview, with easy questions that asked about experience, biggest strengths and weaknesses, and we also answered some question in collaboration with others. There was only one interview and after that I was called back almost immediately!
