Interview
Interview process was fairly standard, with 3 steps incl. head of your future dept., then the head of the center, then to the head of your company/institute. The interviews could be quite basic for junior roles or could be quite intense for more senior roles, but that’s should be expected from a big corp. Downside is wait time for last round of interview and background check is very lengthy.

The interview process has 3 stages:
- 1s Interview (TechLead, Dev Lead)
- Exams (Mathematical logic, Code theory, English test - 100 TOEIC questions)

There was 3 stage. Stage one is CV scanning, Stage 2 is a quiz test, and if we pass, we'd likely pass stage 3, which comes after we receive a free training course

Ask about object-oriented programming principles, Java JRE implementation details, SQL query optimization techniques, and fundamental computer science concepts. After that, solve a simple programming problem using your preferred programming language.
