Virtual OfficeWare interview questions

3 tier interview Very repetitive questions for each interview and takes approximately a week to get a response for each interview. During my last interview we had to stop so they could answer a question from their child

Basic phone screen and then 4 hour face to face interview with 5 individuals, including the CEO and COO. It seemed to go very well and everyone was very nice, in fact, one of the interviewers said to me that they looked forward to working with me. I sent a thank you and a week later a follow up to reiterate my interest but nothing. Unfortunately, they never responded either way, not even a stock "thank you for interviewing with us, but no thanks" email.
