Written Test where we have to cross basic limit, Technical Round where they will test our technical skills and then Managment Round where they will test our abilities like communication skills, handling pressure etc.

Lets say you have a sister and Lover, You three are travelling to some place in a car. If you were stopped by a gang and some how you managed to save one of the two(Sister and Lover). home would you go with?
It was an on campus oppurtunity.
The team was least interested in taking the interview they were on call with someone else and kept asking me to repeat.
It significantly affects a fresher's confidence.
