I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Virtusa in Sept 2024
Interview
The onboarding process is very cumbersome, tedious and overwhelming. Many emails requesting documents, completing courses before your entry date. They call you all the time, they ask you for documents from your work from 10 years ago. For what?!
A lot of bureaucracy.
