I applied to the Visual Design position and received an e-mail from the recruiter a month later. I was asked to send my availability and I didn't hear from them until a week later with an apology that they didn't respond to me sooner. We set up an interview time/date and interviewed. I felt the interview had went okay. I was not able to ask questions but rather just got asked question after question. I was then later contacted about a week and a half later for an interview with the hiring manager. I felt the interview went really well with the hiring manager and at the end of the interview, I had asked what the next steps would be. Hiring manager told me that i'd hear back from my recruiter. A couple days after the interview, I contacted the recruiter and was told that they'd know an answer a week later. A week later, I never got a response so I sent the recruiter another e-mail to see if they knew anything. No response. Very unprofessional. If you aren't interested in the candidate, at least have the decency of telling them so they don't wait around unsure if you will be hired or not. Part of being a recruiter isn't just fulfilling positions (and getting your bonus) but also responding to e-mails of those candidates who aren't going to be chosen.
