I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Visa Inc. in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview process was very fast - since this was a entry level position, the turn around was only about a week. The interview process also doubled as a mini-job preview as the coordinator and interview panel conducted an interview via each of the interview methods Visa uses - phone, video, and in-person. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions regarding the role and responsibilities. They clearly laid out the tasks I would be responsible for and what kind of person the had envisioned for this role.

Phone interview-1 st round
In person interview with 2 teams , VP and the manager
Some interviewers were too young experience wise to ask questions to the interviewees. The company needs to do a better job with interviewer profiles.

Interview
Applied online via their website, and received a call from them about a week later. It seemed very unprofessional because they did not even schedule a phone interview with me via email as most employers usually do. She talked to me for about 15 minutes asked the usually questions such as what experience did I have, why did I want to work there, and what hours/days I wanted to work.
The position they were hiring was for a 10-7 and since that would affect my home life and I needed to speak with my husband, I asked for a day to think about it. The recruiter said she would call me back on Monday to discuss further, but Monday came and went and no call. I tried to reach out via LinkedIn since that was the only place I could find contact information, but no one would answer.
Finally received an email about 3 weeks later saying they had gone with someone else. With a company this big, I would have expected a little more professionalism.

I was granted an interview through the referral program. Their new offices are very nice and modern and located on the 3rd floor. Met with 4 different decision makers in the company. They ask behavioral questions and judge how compatible you will be with the team. Casual type atmosphere.
