I got a direct call from HR of Visa. The interview was scheduled at the Visa Inc center in Bangalore. The Interview was for .net 8 + years of experience.
A first round technical round by a senior guy: data structure questions, on design patterns (to write down), a few on REST, an SQL query. I manage to answer all and get a feedback that I did well and he passes me on to the second round.
Second round with another person who was asking basic and ambiguous questions. A few data structure question to write down, on Java script and another on SQL query. I managed to answer all. After the round, I get information that I had not cleared the round.
Overall a negative experience since I felt they just does not seem serious in hiring the right candidate. There was also long wait from the time the interview was scheduled and to which the interview actually did happen
