I interviewed at Visier (Vancouver, BC) in Dec 2023
Interview
A screening call, a business knowledge assessment, a hiring manager interview, and a panel interview with a case. People involved in the interview process were very kind and asked good questions.

Why would our prospects be interested in our products?
I applied online. I interviewed at Visier (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
My interview journey with Visier was excellent. The process was structured into three, with the final interview involving a presentation.
What stood out to me the most was how the interviewers took the time to really understand me as a person and a professional. Their genuine interest in my background and career aspirations made me feel valued and appreciated throughout the entire process.
Communication with Visier was seamless. They were incredibly quick to respond to my emails and phone calls, which made everything feel efficient and well-organized. The entire process, from initial contact to offer, took just under 1 week, which was a pleasant surprise compared to some other companies that tend to stretch out the process.
Overall, I can honestly say that my experience interviewing with Visier was one of the best I've had while applying to tech companies.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were standard for what is typically found in BDR tech interviews.
I recently had an interview experience with Visier. From the onset, it was evident that the Human Resources representative I spoke with lacked genuine interest and engagement in the conversation.
The interview itself was remarkably brief, lasting less than 5 minutes. Such brevity not only felt disrespectful of my time but also failed to provide ample opportunity for a meaningful exchange of information.
I hope that they take feedback constructively and consider reevaluating their interview processes to ensure a more respectful, engaging, and comprehensive experience for future candidates.
