I was contacted for a job offer in Vivino. Everything as usual, first call, send CV and presentation letter... Then I pass onto the second round of interviews but they want me to do an assignment. Fair, I asked that before doing any assignment I'd like to at least know what is the salary range for the position, they tell me they'll come back to me. After a week they ask me again if I could do the assignment, I repeat the same. In the end the headhunter had to apologize because he couldn't give me that information so I politely rejected continuing with the process. A loss of my time, not professional at all.
