Selection process in Volvo has generally several rounds of interviews. In the first round, majorly technical questions were asked. The technical part the interviewers asked in very understandable way as well as calmly. They did not let me feel like I am sitting there to give answers on which they would judge me. But it felt like we are discussing.
Then whatever questions I had about the respective team, they cleared my questions amazingly. They let me know that thy will inform via Email if I am going for second round. In further rounds the interviews would happen with their manager and then finally with HR head.
