I had two phone interviews with the resourcing team. One was following up my online application and one to start the interview process with basic questions confirming details on my CV. I had one face-to-face interview with a director which included skills based questions as well as general background questions (competitors, business services etc.), and one interview with a potential client (this was pre-employment contract.
