Got replied 3 days after I dropped my resume. HR and hiring manager was helpful and answered all questions I had in mind. Technical test was simple but on point.

How would you make the other party listen and take your opinion into consideration in a heated discussion?
Decent. Four rounds, one face to face and two technical and one HR. It was pretty simple sql questions and questions related to previous work. Some questions were case study related

Interview
A bit chill. Got asked couple of technical questions. They emphasize on the process, method and my approach to solve any bugs/issue. Interviewer is very helpful as he did help to explain how things work in WDC and my potential obstacle in my role. Overall a very good experience.

- Tell me about yourself - Life goals - Tools competencies (softwares, programming language, etc) - Real-case scenario problems (ask how to solve/what's the approach, prevention method) - Process of the workflow in details (how do I manage to solve issues when others can't)
It's alright. Nothing too special. They used SmartRecruiters as an organizational platform. Decisions took a bit long though. Mostly asked about past experience while also telling you about the concrete jobs your role would do.
