First round I participated in a short 20 minute phone screening with a recruiter talking about the role and how my experience aligns. Second round was a 30 minute video call with the hiring manager digging into technical aspects the role requires along with my experience in automation and reducing toil. Third round consisted of a 60 minute panel video conference with the team where we went into detail on the experience I listed on my resume and what technical challenges the team is currently facing. I haven’t heard back since the third round regarding next steps for over a month despite my two email follow ups. The interview experience was quick and they gave the impression they were eager to hire someone. I’m surprised they ghosted after communicating well initially.
