Erratic. I got around 4-5 calls from abroad with 3 different people over a couple of months time. After the very last call, I was told by the manager interviewing me that he was referring me to the next step but I was not contacted for a couple of weeks. After this time, I decided to check with HR by email, only to receive a generic noreply@email response by the ATS saying the usual "unfortunately, we have not decided to proceed bla bla, etc..." similar to the robot response you get when you do an unsuccessful application online. This was unexpected after a few months and having direct contact with HR and different people, I would have expected a more personal news and perhaps some feedback. Plus the fact that this feedback was only received after I enquired about my application shows how erratic the whole process was.
