Easy enough, desperate to hire as they have high turnover. Had 2 quicks rounds with director and HR. Tried to fit me to the right role even though I applied for another one.

Initial conversation with internal recruiter and followed with competency interview with product team member. Follow up interview with tech lead. Relatively standard questions for industry and role (situational, competency based).

Medium but strategic interview. Multiple rounds of interactions. Interactions mostly about the work experience and skill set possessed by the candidates. Your past work experience plays an important role in cracking the interview.
