Cold, strange questions, virtual, no feedback or participation from the recruiters who were on the interview panel. They get a ton of applications and the process to get in is not easy. I've been advised they like adult education on your resume.
Very casual, I was talking with the interviewers before we jumped into the interview questions. Only had 3 questions, but one was a little difficult and kinda out of left-field so I was a bit underprepared.

Interview
It was pretty easy, not that hard. They basically asked behavioral questions and about your past experiences and skills. Just prepare basic questions, know about the company and the job profile, and you'll be good to go.
