Initial phone screening followed by a written sample and zoom interview with 2 managers. Both managers very personable and generous with their time. I initially felt the interview went well but 3 weeks later have not heard if I have been deemed a qualified candidate. The lack of follow up has been frustrating given how time consuming the process had been.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WSIB (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2022
Interview
Applied online then got contacted a month later to do a 2.5 hour online assessment- heard back after a week that I was being invited for a zoom interview. Virtual interview was 1.5 hours, 4 long questions and a role play of a meeting with a employer and employee. Interviewees know nothing about you and have never seen your resume before. Got emailed 1 month later being told I was not moving forward.

Question 1
Tell about a time you worked with people with opposite opinions, how did you make them both feel heard and come to a agreed decision.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WSIB
Interview
Was done virtually due to pandemic. It was lengthy due to several steps being needed to assess (clinical competency, language, interview skills). If you have worked on WSIB files as a clinician, you should be fine in getting a position.
