Straightforward interview process. First HR call about interest and then teams meeting with professionals was good and informative experience.

It was a straightforward interview. It was a combination of behavioral and technical questions. First, I told about myself and described various projects that I did during my studies and co-op.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WSP (Markham, ON) in Sept 2019
Interview
First phone interview scheduled with Manager. Afterwards, proceeded to in-person interview with HR Representative and potential Team Lead with Manager on the line via conference call. A series of typical HR questions were asked by HR Rep followed by more technical + personal questions from potential team lead and manager. At the end, I was asked about any questions I had in open discussion format and salary expectations.
