Had a phone screening. Asked me about my experience during masters and the courses I am undertaking in my current semester and the topics which I find interesting. They asked me about my future plans.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WSP in Feb 2016

First they schedule an phone interview. I talked with manager and project manager. they asked about me, and my project i worked on during by college days. they explained their on going projects.then they fixed on site interview two week from that day.
