Interview
I have applied online and received a interview confirmation within 2 weeks. I was asked to go to Birmingham office for an interview. I went to see two senior management team members who apparently never been to Birmingham office before. The pod they booked was already taken so we all have to wait outside for the lady to clear the office. The interview was all about ; finding out my previous projects costs and my involvement in the project and at what stage.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WSP (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2020
Interview
Initial contact by a senior manager (an acquaintance), followed by a Teams meeting with the same manager, two other department heads, and an HR adviser. Overall process was friendly and relatively informal.
