Applied through college; Overall process took 2+ months; Had two interviews - both casual conversations; First one with someone from HR - mostly behavioural questions; Second one with a senior engineer who asked technical questions;
One interview which discussed what the company was about, a few questions to gauge my personality and also an opportunity at the end for me to ask them questions about the summer program and company as a whole.

The interview environment was very welcoming, and I was in a group of six people. The interviewer asked for self-intros and then a question. It was as if the interviewer wanted to see your group interaction skills.
