Short two part interview. Each interview was 1 hour long with simple questions relating to previous experience. The interview panel consisted of three people on the team I was applying for.

Interview
The interview process at WSP consists with 4 main stages. First submission of online application, second online assessment, third one-way online video interview and finally the face -to - face interview.
After doing great in a psychometric test, there was a one-to-one interview. Generally asking relevant questions regarding my academic and work experience. Focusing on my skills of teamwork and leadership.
Application Submission, Video Interview, then you get to see all the other applicant and HR people in a Zoom call session, mainly the company briefing about the role and company Information then a 1:1 or 2:1 interview with the team
