Making it to the Panel Interview after weeks of processes and days of hard work learning their software just to be dismissed with a template with no constructive feedback, even after asking. Very, very disrespectful.
During the Panel Interview a second person joined the meeting late, without even introducing himself and just randomly asking questions. I didn't even notice him since I was sharing my screen and showing the tool I created. Very awkward moment and honestly I felt right away that it was a no. Didn't even put the effort as he seemed annoyed to be there. Maybe he had a bad day.
Pity! Everything went smooth until that moment. I think ive never been so disappointed during an application process.
