The hiring process at Wallarm takes an average of 14 days when considering 2 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Software Development Engineer had the quickest hiring process (on average 14 days), whereas Software Development Engineer roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 14 days).
Went on to 3 interviews. One with recruiter via phone interview, then hiring manger in a video interview, then marketing leader via video as well. At the end they were looking for someone that new API security more intimately.
Did not like the tech part of the interview - was asked too many things not related to engineering a product. Looked like some nerdy guy did a self-affirmation by throwing very specific questions. You can answer them if you read the answer (ofc interviewer did this). Then there was a task to fix bugs in extremely bad code and the interviewer wanted me to refactor it to clean arch in 5 min. The overall attitude was not tolerant at all, the guys have asked literally about every symbol and I had not access to the code - just a part of it on a shared screen. Finally I had a strong impression that DDD and clean arch is not their strong point.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wallarm

It's becoming a waste of time as people leave every day, and hiring processes are constantly disrupted. The co-founders fail to inspire trust and confidence in their actions, appearing disconnected from the business world. Their lack of charisma and CEO-like qualities is evident.
