They care mostly about your availability and consistency in work. They will ask you some customer interaction questions, but I think the deciding factor is you being available for the job

I received a phone call from HR to schedule the interview. The interview was simple and focused mostly on my availability, customer service experience, and ability to work flexible shifts.
Easy interview no issue very easy questions
After rhe offer they help you with the training but of course that experience depends on what kind of manager you came up with
