Interview
I was an internal hire. I applied online after taking a quiz covering situational management questions. It took about to week to hear on an interview then another 3-4 days for an answer. The interview was over the phone with the store manager. The interview itself took about 30 minutes, 8-10 questions. Once you are job offered, you submit a background check and drug screening.

Describe a time you had to complete multiple tasks in a short time frame.
Describe a time you had to maintain the highest standards on integrity in a difficult situation.
Describe a time you had to assemble a team to tackle a large task.
Describe a time you had to implement a new process and how did you get others to buy-in?
30 min phone screen by a Staff PM. No structure was given to me. I was told this will be behavioral interview. However Walmart does it however they want.

- **Behavioral:** Describe a time when a requirement was missed or changed late in a project, and how you handled the ambiguity, stakeholders, and delivery impact.
**Case:** As a PM in fulfillment, how would you investigate and recover from an **8% drop in on-time delivery for grocery orders** over the last two weeks?
Standard behavioral questions, tell me about a time when this happened and what you did to over come it. Controlled substance questions, what would you or what you fill it.

What would you do if you have 2 technicians that couldn't work together.
The interview process was simple and straightforward. After submitting my application, I completed an online assessment and was contacted for an interview. The interview was conducted with a Walmart team member and focused on my availability, customer service skills, teamwork, and how I would handle different situations in a fast-paced environment. The interview was friendly and took about 15–30 minutes.
