HR contacted for brief phone interview and then invited to attend for another interview with HR and the hiring manager
Even though the interview was good - hiring manager seemed more interested in his phone than to have a proper eye contact.
Followed up a few times afterwards but they kept on saying that no decision was made. They did not have the decency to say that I was not selected

Thorough review of my capabilities and what they were looking for. Panel had obviously reviewed obscure and major items on my resume. Great company primer at the beginning and revelation about the challenges for the position came out through questioning.
