If internal the interview is over the phone, which makes it hard to sell yourself. It consists of questions related to things you have done in your career. Think of situations that involve integrity, any new process that you have implicated etc. Be prepared to learn very little about the actual job you'll be subjected to, training is short so information is crammed.
