The process took about 30 minutes. I sat down with the personnel manager and we engaged in more of a conversation rather than back and forth questioning. It went rather smoothly.

It went pretty smooth but I got nervous and maybe I flunked the interview. I just got asked 1 question. They aren’t picky on who they hire because Walmart got a lot of people leaving and coming in.

Interview
I was called to come in for an interview. The manager who met with me had not interviewed anyone before. He did not ask any questions. He brought me to a computer to finalize the job offer where he told me the salary and asked me to confirm if I would like the job.
