I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walmart (Mississauga, ON) in Jun 2018
Interview
I applied online and received an email 2 months later that I have been called for an interview. I scheduled it online and then in person, it was a group interview setting. No one dressed professionally, as most people were in jeans, casual shirt and sneakers. The managers were very laid back and it seemed as though they were just doing the interview process for formalities.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to resolve a conflict with a teammate.
They just handed us availability sheets. It was during a prime covid time so they did not take a significant amount of time asking us questions. It wasn't difficult and I was hired and working within a week of the invitation for an interview.
They called me and just asked if I could tell them about myself and had me list any experience I had, and then they said I had the job. It was a very oddly simple process.
