Phone interview with director of recruiting for my region. Another executive of a similar position with a different region listening in the background. They asked 5 total questions including some ice breaker questions.
Virtual interview with typical personality and situational questions. Was not asked about clinical knowledge, just how I would handle certain situations, such as vaccine resistance and unable to fill due to interactions, etc.
