Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.

Application
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Fort Worth, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
I had two interviews, one with a front-end manager, and the next was a front-end supervisor. Great communication. After being told I got the job, I met with the training manager to set up a time to come for training.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for walmart?
What are your strengths/weaknesses?
What can you bring to the team?
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
