they asked me all the normal questions. i asked them about benefits and hours. ultimately i was looking for more money but they were pretty nice. very professional and standard questions.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
