Had Several interviews leading to a two month training course for external managers. Once I sat down with all of the assistant store managers and had one on one interview questions I than sat down with the store and co manager to complete the interview.

Typical run of the mill; When have you had a situation that you had to deal with an upset customer ect.
Interview process required several interviews. First you interviewed with the store manager typically by phone or by zoom. Then the next interview was with the market manager or member of the market team.

Tell me about an experience when you had to overcome change and adapt to a new work environment.
Fairly streamlined and quick, friendly interviewers made it comfortable, there was no waiting room for the interview but nonetheless it was not a hassle,
They called to inform the position after 3 days
Very long and drawn out process with no compensation discussion until the very end, needs more transparency in my opinion, otherwise fairly painless process overall. Definitely not one to be intimidated about.
