Applied online for multiple stores and positions. Conduct research into stores on my own. Received 2 potential job offers within a week. Accepted Best one
After background check started in a days. Entire process done online.
Had interview through the phone and afterwards asked for an in person interview. Showed up in casual attire and very simple and basic questions. Basically offered me the job as soon as I started the in person interview
Just a basic setup where the interviewer asked me about my availability and any other prior experience I had with customer service or other such roles. Since Walmart hires basically all the time, I got the job fairly quickly.

They asked about my availability and whether or not I was flexible
It was very easy and straight forward . They didn’t ask much. Mainly fixed on what they want from you , and how you can fit that role. Most times it’s only one person interviewing, it’s in person and last less than 30 minute.
