very standardized interview process. they called me into a small room with two desks and a row of computers. some people were there on the computers doing what i now know to be CBL's [traning programs]. it might be a little awkward answering these questions in front of random associates who are probably listening to you, but just do your best with that. there were two women at the desks. i sat next to one who was the one conducting the interview, the other was just listening in, although she seemed to be required to be an equal part of the interview [not that she actually was.] they asked me questions about how i had handled situations at previous jobs or whatever, just real easy standard stuff. i think she even finished with "why should i hire you?". just make sure you study, because from what i understand they ask everyone the same basic questions. every now and then the other woman [who did almost no talking] would chime in and say something. there were a lot of interruptions from people popping in and doing stuff. it seemed like a madhouse, but very laid back and relaxed, which took some of the pressure off, but also kind of concerned me about what i might be getting myself into with management. after the questions she turned to the other woman and actually said to her [right in front of me] [and i quote] "what do you think?" [i couldnt believe it.] anyway, i got the job. she got me to fill out all the forms and whatever. gave me the papers to go do a drug test, and i left the building with a job. i got a call back when the test results came in asking when i could start training [took a day and a half.] overall very basic, very easy interview. not very professional. just dress appropriately and come looking your best. you want to look very good, but modest. they generally like a youthful appearance.
