It consisted of me going to the store and they asked me to provide one example of great customer service that I have performed. I believe this has changed since I worked that as that was about 8 years ago. I think as long as you fill out an application you're pretty good to go as long as a position is open.
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
