Quick , just asked if i had any work history. Were not concerned about having none, nor concerned about schooling.
Was more of a group group interview along with 3-4 other people applying for the same position.
Everyone there was hired.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Houston, TX) in Feb 2024

I had a referral from a friend to get an interview. When I went in for the interview I was shown the area I would be working in and then was shown to the front door. They had me wait by personell for a couple minutes then told they would send the job offer.

No questions were asked, I was just shown where I would be working.
Fast, quick, and very easy! They try to get through it fast so you can get right to work! They were kind enough to have a quick interview so I could finish up with my other job before I started my job here.
