The process was lengthy, with straightforward interviews. It didn’t involve unnecessary rounds. Communication was slow but accessible, making it easier to stay connected throughout the hiring journey. There was room for negotiation so that was great!

Interview
The interview process consisted of four rounds that included both behavioral and technical components.
