I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Lake Buena Vista, FL) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process was quick and done over the phone. I was greeted by a nice gentleman who asked me general questions about my ability to perform in the role and about how I would handle certain challenges in the workplace. I was asked about my personal experiences with Disney and past work experience too.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where a guest is no longer able to get the room type that they wanted due to unavailability.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2024
Interview
Disney uses a phone interview process that typically lasts around 15 to 20 minutes. The representative asks very direct, structured questions, and the format is more formal than conversational. Each question is clearly stated, and you’re expected to respond without much back-and-forth or follow-up discussion. I found it difficult to gauge how well I was doing during the call, as the interviewer maintained a neutral tone and provided little verbal feedback or encouragement. This made the experience feel a bit one-sided, and I wasn’t sure whether my answers were landing the way I hoped. Overall, the interview felt more like a checklist than a conversation, which made it challenging to build a natural connection or show my personality.
