Involves a phone interview, some coding examples you do on your own, and a 3 hour onsite interview with peers in the department then finally the department manager. Solutioning, coding, and situation management all important.

Given a list of strings, one per line, write code to sort and make unique. Create test cases.
Was reached out to by a recruiter who read through the job description and explained the role for a majority of the call. The role was not a fit but I was not able to speak until the recruiter had finished their spiel about the role.

Interview
The interview consists of 3 1 hour interviews, where the I was asked about HTTP, SOA, JavaScript/AJAX, and a few open ended questions. Nothing was too difficult, but take your time when answering. It included a white board coding exercise as well. To prepare just study basic CS, and understand how a browser works.
