The Disney interview process was great in that it gave you a wonderful idea of what they were looking for in future Cast Members. The entire process was professional and engaging, although a little less personal than it used to be. When the phone interview and in-person interview we're completed, I also had an idea of what parts of the job would be enjoyable, which would be challenging and which would require me to be at my best. The recruiter was wonderful at putting me at ease. While I was working remotely, with regular communication I felt like I always had resources at my fingertips.
