I applied online, within 30 minutes I received an email to take an online interview. After that, I was accepted to schedule an interview with a recruiter. When you get there, there are about 7 interviewers with their own little office. My interview was at 2:45 and my name was called right on time, did not have to wait at all. The recruiter who interviewed me was very friendly. She did not mind that i seemed a little nervous or shy, she still treated me normally (I've been to interviews where I am criticized for being shy) but she was very nice . She offered me a job on the spot. The best advice I can give is don't act fake or too bubbly. Just be yourself, act down to earth and friendly. Do not over dress. I saw girls showing up in short dresses and high high heels. I wore flats, a black cardigan, black slacks, a white blouse and glasses. You want to look professional, not look like you are going to a club like most of these girls looked like. Also, if you have tattoos- COVER them up!! if you show up to the interview with visible tattoos, they will automatically reject you (I saw this happen to one of the girls there, they did not even give her an interview because of her visible tattoo) as long as they are covered, they are ok with it.....be sure to smile a lot. be very open minded when you answer each question. They want to hire nice, laid back people who smile a lot.
