Fairly easy phone interview. The interview was very nice and very knowledgeable on the company, policies, and did not ask the strength and weakness question, which I personally appreciated. She also kept the interview to a minimum time and accommodated me with a time I could speak outside of work.

I had to fill out the Application, and in the application, I had to choose which roles I was most excited for. Then after the system read my application, I was sent to a 20 min interview!
