I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Celebration, FL) in Oct 2013
Interview
Initially there was a phone interview where the lady asked about my work experience, general Disney knowledge and what I knew about the Vacation Club. After that I moved on to the face to face interview where I sat with an agent for about half an hour and listened to live calls then met with two ladies who asked me about scenarios and why I would be a good addition to the team.
Update:
After the In Person interview I was contacted by the recruiter (about a week and a half later) who extended an offer and set me up an appointment me to complete onboarding at Casting. The next step is to wait for the background check to come back and then I can be scheduled for a Traditions class.

Very down to earth one on one conversation type of interview. Received a call early July with an offer and started in July. Training is 7 weeks long and lots to learn.

Interview
Very casual. super friendly. The entire process went very well and they basically listed their expectations from us as potential employees with Disney Vacation Club. They give a tour of the actual floor where all the advisors sit in their cubicles and you have the options to make it your own space once you have been hired on.
