Fairly basic interview process. Mostly focused on why you want to work there & your past experience. Also want to make sure you are familiar with the company, so you may be asked questions like "What Disney character do you most relate to & why?". Most locations will also test your sales & Guest service skills.
Group interview with a number of different applicants, going through possible scenarios with customers and asked to sell products to an imaginary customer using selling strategies etc to encourage them to buy it

The process was smooth from start to finish. I received clear instructions ahead of time, and the interviewer was kind, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. The interview felt more like a conversation than a test, which really helped calm my nerves.
