Interview
The process was quick and smooth. I was called quickly after I submitted resume and the interview was scheduled for the next week. i met with two people, the VP of human Resources, then the VP of Business Affairs. I was informed of the decision within two weeks. It was a smooth and not terribly traumatic experience.

How did you handle a stressful co-worker/situation at your previous employer?
It was quite a good interview. mostly asking for previous job experiences. motivation and why apply for this position and company. I interviewed using a zoom. unfortunately I could not process to the next interview stage.
Interviews with ~9 people over the span of 2.5 months followed by a reference check though they apparently check references even if they know they will not be moving forward.

The questions were all based on the job description, no surprise there.
I had a phone interview with HR, then video interview with company executives. Although I did not get the job, everybody in the interview process were very nice and considerate.
