I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company
Interview
Good luck even getting an interview here, unless you're related to someone who works there, or you have a friend who can actually get you into Disney. In my experience, I was only sourced as an external candidate (who didn't have hookups) just to meet their quota.
You can be 120% and willing to take a pay cut... only to find out that the person that got the job over you, was an internal that had NO experience, and they got a great promotion.
This company is sick.
I know people who have worked their, only to come and go at LEAST 5 times, and Disney always takes them back because their dad or mom is a VP.
You can apply for jobs, and never hear anything.

Prescreen questions r very basic. Hirevue has unlimited time, max 2 mins to film, and 2 tries. After hirevue you have another interview with hiring manager. And a possibly another one

Overall a positive, but expect delays in communication with recruitment team. Everyone I spoke to was welcoming, and you can tell people are passionate about their work at Disney.
It was a two stage interview process plus an initial call with HR to see if you're a good fit for the role. The first stage was competency-based and seeing if you're a good cultural fit, and the second and final stage is a 1-hour in person task-based interview to demonstrate your skill set for the role.
easy simple hiring process very chill for internships, recruiter was friendly and the interview was directly with the hiring manager after a phone screen w recruiter, they called randomly. Don't exgarrate but instead show genuine interest, if your passion comes through in your answers, they'll gladly take you in , everyone says "disney" is their dream company to some extent, y9ou have to be different
